Title: ADJUSTING THE PLAY IN MY STEERING

Is there a way to adjust the play in my steering??? I have an 82 Eagle model 10.

 Check to see if the steering box is loose or is twisting on the frame. Have someone turn the wheel while you are looking at it through the Eagle Emblem Cover in the front bumper.or crawl inside the spare tire compartment and see what you got. many years ago they were recalled for broken welds on the box to the frame. also  check for a lot of play in the drag link.See if the steering box where it is mounted to the frame Is not rotted away, or broken free,
