I remember back in the '90's into the early '00's there were quite a few of those. Now I can't even remember the last time I saw one in person. No operators around here in SE Wisconsin even had one in their fleet to my knowledge.

They are not a bad bus,the suspension is a little rough ride with the square tube tortalistic and air tag,the MCI 3500 is a Dina, and you are right you don't see those anymore
This bus has been in the ads for years, I think it was there when I started looking more than six years ago. The person is not serious about selling the bus. The reality is what the bjuyer pays has liuttle to do with what the seller has put into it. In this case, the article indicates the bus shell and conversion costs more than $120,000.
The basic problem is these things do not appreciate so as time goes by the value goes down. If he wants to sell the bus, the price must reflect what buyers are willing to pay today. It is seriously painful to see such little return on what was spent but that is the harsh reality. Let's hope not to see it in the ads a year from now.
It would be tough to build that bus now for the asking price, the older crowd is dying off and kids are selling their buses for nothing for quick cash, his problem is you can shop and buy a factory Prevost conversion the same year model with the series 60 for the same price or cheaper. People are under water on the factory RV's too they are for sale on every corner here for what is owed on the units. Times are rough for family's with kids Sonja's nurse was telling us her grocery bill cost more than her house payment now
That is Wulf's bus! He's had it for sale for probably 15 yrs now! (10 for sure) I can list a number of members here that have seen it in person at my second bus rally in Union City, TN of those on that list I would have to say Don Fairchild saw it the closest as he hit Don's truck with it not once, but twice early Sunday AM as he was trying to move out of the way so that Gary LaBombard (aka Rustless Money Pit) could back out with his Class C S&S with a trailer for an early departure back to SC!
I never actually saw much of the bus as I passed it on the Purchase Parkway headed to my place while I was headed to Paducah, KY to haul a football team that had made it to the state championships. When I came in at 3 AM I walked past it on my way to the house, but when I got up later it was gone as well as Gary & Don.
Dallas, Cat, Cody, Alice. Ned, Wilma and others told me about the early AM fiasco when I got up later that morning.
I had heard it was nicely done.
As far as the Dina coaches go they ride pretty close to an Eagle and are very good on fuel and have plenty of power with the 60 Series in it. Yes it's the smaller 60 Series, but the one we owned and all the rest of them I have driven ran/drove great.
