Looks like there's kits out there, driveshaft clearance looks like it may be an issue.
No, don't do it.
What's usually done is to add air bags to lift the bus back up but still keeping the torsalastic suspension. Good Luck, TomC
His setup is a little different than a Eagle,I never saw anyone lift a Flxliner adding air bags all things are possible though. I had a good friend that was killed in a car wreck that used to rebuild the Torsalalatic for the Flx,the Flx people should know where his inventory went or was sold too,Gerry found a drop box for a Flx that was in his inventory a few years ago.
I watched a Bus Grease Monkey video once where they scrapped some wore out torsalastics and replaced with air bags. It seemed to work pretty well.

It didn't work well for Jim and they added air bags to the existing suspension.
Torsilastics can be adjusted or reindexed. If they totally fail, then get a unit from a salvage Eagle, or buy new ones from Sulastic. Air bags are supplemental in most situations where someone has added them. Some installations were good, and some were disasterous.
I was read somewhere they haven't made replacement "torsion bars " in years and really don't want NOS that's been sitting for years. The bus doesn't have many miles on it but one side the rubber is starting to blow out. I will look again into fresh ones from sulastic

I have seen those replaced with the square tube torsions from the Diana bus and some factory Class A Rv's used, they are shorter and not as big round as the Eagle used,I doubt Sulastic is going to be any help for you.Have you tried the Flxible Owners International forum, those guys know were the parts are in US

LOL and it will cost you that much to have one installed and adjusted too, most of their stuff comes from Mexico ,I wonder about the quality of the torsions vs Goodrich
I am/was a member of FOI. I haven't been able to concentrate on the bus for a year or so, so I haven't participated in any posts or comments. I don't want to replace the torsion bar setup if I can make eagles work as well I'll go with that. Again I was under the impression the parts are NLA. I didn't know other manufacturers used torsion bars.

It is normal for the rubber to extrude (blowout) a little on the ends of the tube with age and the torsion will still last for years. If the bus hasn't dropped on that side I wouldn't worry about it
