Kick down quit working. I've been many places and no one seems to know anything about this transmission due to age. First: any suggestions to fix problem? Trans shifts fine! 2). Could a pro Teck 9000 diagnose problem?

You can check it with a Pro/Link 9000 with the ATEC software which is hard to find now and they are no help if the 755 is not throwing a code. The ECU is not getting a signal from the TPS or the solenoid is not getting the signal from the ECU clean all of the connections on the TPS and ECU it may start working again.ATEC controls are fun to work on :-X
By the way do you have and suggestions in locating Cartridges' for the Pro Teck 9000. I have located an allison Cartridge.. ATeck 1 1987-1990.. Part#123 Ser # 01099.. Can't seem to find anyway to reference if this cartridge will read this trans.. any ideas?
I know nothing about the Pro Tec 9000 ,I have saw a Dynalco Tec 9000 before

1987 to 1990 should be ok the ATEC wasn't around long and I don't recall any bulletins for software upgrades for the 700 series ATEC ,hope you have the cables
