Nothing special about it,, I have seen it done many times on the freeways by tow truck jockys when its the outer dual..>>>Dan
It works on certain drop center wheels,mine has to come off from the back the center is not wide enough even being a 9 inch wide wheel the sealing bead is wider on the outside, all wheels are not created equal
