I have a 1981 Prevost Le Mirage. It has stainless guards/ wheel well flares and the rubber trim that seals them to the body needs replacing. The supplier of the rubber door hinge I obtained can't get it so I'm looking for a source.
As well I'm looking for digital copies of all the manuals for it as Prevost says they can't provide them from that far back.
Check Amazon for rubber welting.
Thank you, looks like that's what I'm after. Now if I can find some manuals I'll be set.
I scanned all my manuals for my 1980 Prevost Le Mirage to PDF files which you can download from the following link:

The Prevost part's catalog is online and you access it via the serial number for your bus, I don't think your bus had a VIN number yet as mine doesn't.
Once you have access to the online catalog you have to enter your model number as MTH-40 and then it will show you a list of serial numbers to choose from to find your bus.
Here's the link to get signed up with Prevost to access the parts catalog and online ordering of parts.

As to the seal I just had some collision repair done on my bus and they seemed to have no problem sourcing it.
PS. There three other members on here with 1980 Prevost Le Mirage's, two of them are 40ft and one is 35ft though I think technically is a Champion...
Hey show us pictures!!!
Do you know if it came off the production line as a motorhome shell or was a seated bus?
Way to go Fred! I PM'd him that you would pounce on the manuals thing when you read this. I hope he sends pictures.
Thank you. Those manuals are really helpful. I'll post some pictures when I have a chance, and some more vehicle information. Thanks again!
I as one of the other aforementioned 80 owners do have a complete set of manual including parts and service, but unfortunately have no way of scanning them. If you are stuck, I can always leaf through and try to find what you need. Just PM me.
