This is the late Rex Holcomb's Prevost and VW.
Rex did a beautiful job updating the interior, as well as taking care of mechanical issues the coach had when he got it. Those of us who knew Rex knew that he was meticulous about his work, and it shows.
The VW (nicknamed "Fillmore") is unique in that it has a small, four-cylinder, water-cooled, Chevy engine in the rear where the normal air-cooled VW resides. The swap was done so well, you don't even notice the change, except that it's quieter. The cooling system is excellent, too - Rex never had it overheat in the hot AZ summers.
This would be an excellent buy for someone, and Rex's good friend Mike knows the coach & VW inside and out, so the buyer will get lots of help with their new purchase.

To add to RJ's comment the previous owner Leonard was a great mechanic and kept the Prevost in good shape till his health got worse,the bus hasn't had many owners Leonard owned
it for 20 years but it wasn't used much if any the past 5 years Leonard owned the bus, since he bought a 5th wheel,
