Have you looked into the MaxxAir Fan Deluxe? It can suck air out, blow air in, or be operated with the lid closed as a ceiling fan. Full operation in the rain without having to add any additional lids.

Yes, I'm installing 2 of those elsewhere.

Just wanting something decorative for the bedroom. Has to work good and look good. Prefer 12V. Small too. And inexpensive.

I know...I'm asking too much.

etrailer and amazon sell them. Google 12 volt rv ceiling fans

Three of them. Love them. They will run whisper on low (10%) to move the air on (100%) keeps the bathroom mirrors clear while showering at 40%.
