It appears (and sounds like) the right rear airbAg is leaking as it will not inflate fully. However the leeft side seems to inflate higher than normal.As well when the engine is shut off the right side will deflate back to normal.I can't get under(nor do I want to) to pinpoint the leak.Is it possible its a valve?

could be. you need to block it up on ramps or sturdy blocking and check leveling valve and airbag.
Block the the bus up high enough to where you still have enough room to crawl under the bus with the air bags completely deflated. Then you won't be crushed. Good Luck, TomC
