Title: bus nut or bus nuts

Hello all finally bought a bus and now i think i am nuts lol,,,,,,1977 Mci 5b 8v71n 4peed manual jakes  its been sitting better part 10 years .....I am having a little issue with that blasted air shut down .......if it to low on anti freeze that will trip correct i think that wat my issue is

Those shutdown solenoids can fail open too, such that as soon as it gets enough pressure it shuts itself down.  Adding an auxiliary air compressor powered by 110 is a great asset in troubleshooting air system components.

top off the antifreeze before you run it more than a couple of minutes,AFTER you verify there is no coolant in oil pan. easiest way to check is to loosen oil pan drain plug about two turns, no more. Any water or coolant will dribble out first, as it settles to bottom, since it is heavier than oil. If you already started it. leave engine off for a couple of days and recheck. Leave any amount dribble into a pan till just oil starts dripping out. Hopefully, youll get none or less than a couple of tablespoons.
