Ok... i'll bite -- just get electric motors!
Having problems with them? Let me guess... you have a leak that you just can't seem to find?
We have a bus that comes in for service that we had this very problem with. We finally ended up replacing the motor and curing the problem.
John, I did have a small leak but seem to have that cured. I am putting the whole unit back together and will hope to have better luck than replacing the entire motor. Them babies are way too expensive.
Thanks again for the picture and diagram.

Grant, I would think someone here has put on electric motors. I looked at my 5C, if not for the defrost ducts I could put a motor in the center and run both. The way the motor is on there it looks easy to adapt an electric motor. Maybe someone will jump in this with ideas. Goodluck Tom Y
Down here in SW Florida, old school buses are partially stripped and modified to use in the orange groves. The wipers are part of waht is stripped. I got a couple of these motors and used them. I removed the OEM air motors from the brackets, modified the brackets and installed the electric motors. Also Fred Hobe sells a very reasonably priced electric motor kit. Jack
Electric Wipers.........I love mine!
Donor was a 32' Winne-bago. I was standing at the scap yard as the worker there carefully removed the front of the camper with a Caterpillar (to get the 454 chevy out) The wiper motors were just hanging by the wires. I waved for him to stop while I snipped the wires and had to break a small peice of fiberglass.
I looked at a set of aftermarket kits for the bus- These motors were same brand and identical! I had to drill one extra 1/4" hole in each bracket to fit em to the bus.
EZ project. Cost $0 work great. My kind of deal! I used the wiper arms and blades off the donor as well
You can see em on my photo page link-HTH Chuck
