Driving up I-81 we passed a silverside that had a sign on the back " Please don't cut in front of me. I am running out of places to hide the bodies."
Too funny. Who is that? I feel the same way. Our shorty Prevost weighs 16 tons. Like driving a cement truck with a bed in the back.....

I'm thinking of making a bumper sticker that says "If you can read this, you ARE my crumple zone".   Or maybe have something that propels the contents of my black tank backwards behind the bus . . .

Yeah, and maybe mount your Black Water tank on your front bumper to help emphasize the idea?  ;D

A lot of the newer highway tractors have adaptive cruise/radar on them that alerts the driver to following too closely.   On some carriers, there is an electronic log of these events.

One problem they are running into with adaptive cruise, every time someone passes and cuts in close to the truck the cruise control applies the brakes.  Even though the truck driver did nothing wrong.
