Update. It failed. So that's less than a year old. It was kind of a lightweight and I didn't really expect much. Batteries were down to 18v (the readout still works fine) so I hooked up the heavier one that I got from a board member here and it has been charging at about 8 amps so it's possible the batteries are starting to leak electricity and the leakage was just too much for the Ruskie charger. I'll see if it's still doing that tomorrow. Voltage came up to about 25-1/2 or so and then after running the main engine for about 1/2 hr was still the same. (voltage came up while running to 28 something and charge on the box was down to 2A) Might be time to buy batteries.
