Bus is 1980 and me thineth the roof has not been treated since. I know that seems odd, but all three owners before me kept it garaged. I can see a few spots like under the fin antennae ( I removed and threw away) wearing thin and showing stainless steel with no coating any more. Looks like EDPM or perhaps original paint when it came from Prevost or when Fortravel converted it. I washed it with soap and a gentle brush Afraid to pressure wash around 40 year old air conditioners. It cleaned up well. The seams on the SS roof panels have rows of double rivets and all look ok. Changed out A/C covers as they were very brittle. Ready to put "something" on the roof. I've had great experiences with Flexseal on other applications but heard Fexseal is best for repairs but not for coating the whole roof. Opinions and ideas?
I like Flexseal but would not coat large areas with it. There are better coatings for your purpose. Recommendations will come up from members shortly
Thanks in advance, This is a great place to ask several people with metal roofs, what they use....

Have it sprayed with bed liner and never worry about it again
Henry's Tropi-cool is a silicone roof coating. Previously, I had used elastomerics like Koolseal, but this seems to be a lot better.
