Hey all,
I'm looking to replace the clearance light on my MC-5B. I'd like to get 28V leds in the original style which is the 3.5" tube shaped ones in the attached picture. My search has struck out and I may have to go with the beehive design. Or maybe replace the whole housing assembly.
Do you know of any sources I may have missed?
Thanks
Peterbilt, Kenworth, Western Star trucks all used the old bullets.
Old school, new school lighting is available for much of that stuff.
Peterson, Grote, TruckLite are some names of suppliers.
Happy coaching!

My bus has the bullet looking ones, I got them from either 4 state trucks or raneys, mine are a common peterbuilt part
Luke?
I'll call Luke. Nobody seems to have a modern version of the bullet light. The beehives are around. I may have to switch. And none are 24 volts. Maybe I should stay with incandescent lights.
Maybe this guy has what you need: https://www.taillightking.com/
A lot of led bulbs are now rated 12 to 32 volts.
I've got some larger LED brake lights that are like 10 to 30 volts but the markers are like 12.8 VDC. Someone said you could put 28 vdc through them without a problem. I'm not sure.
The Taillightking website won't load for me. Can anyone else get on?
I use superbrightleds.com (http://superbrightleds.com)

No problem here on my MacBook or PC.
I get mine from Superbrightleds and Lazfit. Satisfied with both.
