Despite living in one of the most populated areas of the county, I rarely see bus conversions in the wild. Today I saw three headed westbound on the 40 from Barstow, within a few minutes of each other. There was a gorgeous champagne colored Eagle stopped on the shoulder. A few minutes later there was a mid 90s-ish Prevost, then a few more minutes there was what looked like it might have been an MC7. Quite exciting to see these and I hope the Eagle was just resting.
I saw a Scenicruiser for the first time in person yesterday while jumping on I69 in Bloomington Indiana. Unfortunately it was going the other way and I almost missed it entirely.
danojeno,
There are many nice bus conversions running around Socal, you just need to know where to look.
