Having trouble finding a wiring diagram for the DDEC II !
I can find it for the I, the III, IV, V, VI & VII but for some reason the only way I can find the II is to pay for it before downloading and I am not sure I want to do that as a couple of the others I found were supposed to be the II, but turned out to be the I, and IV!
Anyone have access to the diagram for the II?
:( BK :(
Bryce if are still having problems when I go home next week I have laminated copies I can send you one, they have the both the OEM and DDC wiring or I can send you the DDEC ll manual
Thanks Clifford I will let you know if I get it before then.

What about trying to find the wiring diagram for a different vehicle that had a DDEC II S60? They might have the pinouts shown going into the DDEC. My DINA wiring diagrams have all the lines into the DDEC labeled, but I have a DDEC III.
Brian that's what I have been trying to do, but I don't seem to be getting what I am looking for, at least when I look at it I don't think it's the same as what I have.
My ECM has two 30 pin plugs that are side by side length wise and use a small bolt to hold them in.
The below that are three smaller plugs that just clip in. Two of those have 4 wires (5 pins) white & white with black stripe. The third one is in between those and has 6 wires/pins the wires are red, black and red with black stripe.
But none of the photos or diagrams I am finding look or read that way (at least to me)

Bryce I found ma book, I texted ya some photos ;)

OK so Van called me this afternoon while he was looking at a DDEC II manual and told me mine is definitely a II and he confirmed the plug set up just like mine as well as telling that A,B E,F terminals on the 6 pin plug are hot wires and the 2 in the middle C & D are grounds.
So now I positively know which wires I am tracing to hopefully find fuses/breakers.
If not I will temporarily run a jumper to see if it will start!
He also sent me pictures and it confirms our discussion!
I have tomorrow off so I will be spending time at the bus trying to get it fired up!
Thanks again Van, for the call and pictures!

Van has the application manual to that will really help you understand the DDEC,I keep him loaded with information on the DDEC,does that bus have any interlocks like a wheel chair ramp you can find several interlocks programed that will keep the engine from starting have you cut any wires ? .some MCI's have a seat belt interlock the engine will not start unless sitting in the drivers seat a real PITA
Harbor freight has a neat wire tracer that works really well. Centech cable tracker $24.00. Clip little sending unit to one end of wire. use receiver to pinpoint other end. Ive used mine to track wires from front to back of coach.
