LOL! On a more serious lyme disease note. There are lots here ?(ticks) in our subtropical forested ponderosa. But through the years have got smart & learned how to live with (avoid) them. How about New Hampshire?! Moose mortality has risen due to increasing tick population... Up to ten thousand engorged ticks per moose observed. Solution: lower the moose population...

I used to live in New Hampshire 34 years ago, I don't recall Moose having that severe a problem with ticks, their main thing was running out in front of vehicles with no reflectors on. Deer flies and gnats (no see-ums) were very pesky. The deer flies would leave blood streaks on your ears, and no see-ums would clog your eyes. Lyme Disease was a problem, as well as Giardia Parasite thanks to the Beavers. But I survived them all in order to be a candidate for Corona without drinking beer.  :o
