Am I correct in assuming that the battery in the link, when paired with a second idnetical 6V battery will give me 225Amp hours with 12 volts. Also is that a good price considering is is the equivalent of about $95 US.

That's the way I understand it. Linking them in series doubles the voltage and leaves the amperage the same. Linking them in parallel doubles the amperage and leaves the voltage the same.

There something wrong with the ad the battery shown is a 8V golf cart battery not a 6v,then you have 4-6v batteries shown in another photo, which one is he selling ?
the 1st pic shows 4 cells ( 8 volts )
and the 2nd pic shows 3 cells ( 6 volts )
you want the 3 cell 6 volt units

You want 6V Trojan T105 batteries in series parallel to get a bank that will stay alive 6 years or greater depending on how you care for them.. It's all about the amount of lead your buying.>>>Dan.
I had Trojan 6 volt batteries on the M C I and they were great but for the coach I have now I got a good deal from my local auto parts place
and saved $60 a battery so I installed 6 of them on a slide in the coach
GC2 Deep Cycle 6 Volt Golf Cart Battery
you can get a good price on the Trojan's if you buy them in the US
