I've been having an adventure with the replacement of the two windshields on my 102C3. Got a new gasket from MCI from Kentucky, didn't open the box before the insurance people they booked to replace the 2 windshields and gasket (that MCI calls a fence) and lo and behold, the new gasket was separated at the upper driver's side corner, they gooped up the old aged gasket and MCI sent me a new one, which I took to G&R Coach, my bus mechanic that knows what their doing, to redo the windshields with the new gasket, or Fence.
Several days later, the new gasket had seperated and had flayed apart in the same spot that the other new one, that they replaced, was seperated or sliced.
Once again MCI overnighted a new one, this time from Los Alamitos, CA, after I asked for a gasket from a different batch.
Gilbert is puting the 3rd gasket this week and some new door seals to hopefully quiet down the wind noise and seal the rain leaks.
I also replaced the resin/plastic joint on the windshield wiper arms that was broken by the insurance windshield replacement guys, that I had wired to hold together temporarily. You have to replace the whole arm, that are riveted together, with no individual pieces available.
