I knew I had a leak in the passenger side of the Bus, it always smelled musty inside. Where a closet is, I cut the side covering, to discover, all the wood behind just disintegrate and in some cases still wet. I took the metal covering off the outside window, to find no window, just the sheet metal, and wood. I prefer to
Restore the window perhaps even take out the closet, to open the bus up. Not sure yet. But anyway, I
do not simply want to replace the wood and the metal skin only to have a leak continue.
I am sure the water was entering between the bus metal sides, and the metal skin that covered the bus from 2nd last window to the 3 third from the back.
Any suggestions. I like the classic look on the outside, with the windows covered up, it sort of looses it.
Anyone know where I can pick up a side window, it can be used as long as its in working conditions.
Thanks
Rick
Check with Luke at US Coach in NJ. Last time I stopped by, he had one for parts.
Thanks,
Rick
Rick- I'm not sure where you are located but Don at Choo Choo Express in Chattanooga TN had some side windows. I purchased a couple from him, pulled the glass and made them into window screens.

Per a thread earlier in the year, they no longer produce windows for GM 4106 buses.
