Title: Need help identifying a couple things

I have an extra line coming out of the rear of the driver's side of the bus. I also have a capped line that is on the top bulkhead. Are these supposed to connect together?

That usually has a tee to supply oil to alternator alternator and air compressor the turbo supply is on the other side
