Bummer bus crash with fatalities in VA on I-95 north in early morning darkness with heavy fog. Turned it on it's side on the off ramp. Sounds like haste without thought. Should have taken the next exit and backtracked, it wasn't worth the loss of life & a lot less IMHO. Just speculating but it's bad.
