OK, we now have DSL (and a new email address). This high speed stuff is great! Hewre is my problem. In trying to get everything changed over to my new email address, I am having problems with the Yahoo Bus BBs. I went into me profile and changed the "alternate email address" from my old work address to my new DSL address, but all post are still sent to my old "non DSL" address. I cannot find any links on Yahoo to help me. Anyone have any tips? Jack
I don't know if it makes a difference or if this is the way you did it but here is what I did and it worked.
I added the new email address as alternate #2 and saved it. Then went back in and deleted the old alternate #1.
Immediately they started going to the new address. So, no guarantees but you may want to try it.
Hey Jack,
Try going into the upper left corner about 1/4th the distance from the top and click on the "edit membership"
Scroll down to "Step 2"
Look for your new email address there.
If it isn't there, Click on "Add New Email address).
When that's done, make sure the little circle is marked for you to receive emails at the new address.
If that email address is already there, make sure it's checked
Go to the bottom and click on "Save Changes".
