The sheet metal work is a little rough. I wonder how it ended up in New Hampshire, I thought they were mostly out west.
That has to be a factory roof. Someone else messed up the sides. Nothin' FRP and a few tubes of 5200 couldn't fix. 8)

Yeah, there is that. Sort of "it's so bad, it's good". But I sure don't want it.
I guess he was trying to replicate a Crown high-level tour bus such as an Atomic, or maybe a Highway Post Office or an ambulance bus or a TV outside broadcast bruck, or who knows what? Either way, it is just sad, very very sad. If it were done right it could look really good, but he's a long way from that.
