Best manual transfer switch I have found is Blue Sea. They have a few options depending on how many poles, positions, etc. This is what I used on my 4106 to transfer from generator to shore power. Since I wanted to switch both hot lines and the neutral I got one that could do so. The down side is that they are pricey.
There are a few other brands available, and most of the better ones can be found at marine supply houses. Here's an example that even has three positions + off (shore/gen/inverter) https://www.fisheriessupply.com/newmar-ac-transfer-switches (https://www.fisheriessupply.com/newmar-ac-transfer-switches)
I know nothing about this particular switch - just throwing it out there as a less expensive option to the Blue Sea. Might be worth a phone call to the seller to ask about quality.
I've tried a few of the cheaper versions found on Amazon and eBay, but each time I've been disappointed. The quality was minimal at best, the things weighed almost nothing compared to the Blue Sea, and I didn't feel safe actually using any of them.
Thanks guys for your help
Using plugs is a cheap and easy way to deal with neutral/ground bonding...
A frustrating topic...

Using plugs accomplishes the goal, but usually requires going outside since that is where the plug/receptacle are located. Even though our switch is still mechanical, I do prefer having the convenience of just rotating a knob.
Regarding the neutral/ground bonding, it's easily solved by using a three-pole switch that switches both hot lines and the neutral.
60$ vs. 250$
when i'm on my generator.. i have no reason to switch sources
when I'm on the pole, same deal.
my inverter is always on, my source powers the inverter charger, the things I want on it when I have no source, are battery/inverter source 24/7/365.
and yes I full time that way.
in fact about the only thing my pole/gen powers is
my inverter
my heat
my AC
my hot water
lights, most outlets and stove top, microwave and what not are all serviced by inverter whose out puts are a sub panel.
and I have a manual jumper to take the inverter out totally (4 foot #6 4 wire and a screw driver)
1/2 my lights are 12v, 1/2 are 120v
50% are LED bulbs
ALL electric coach
House and chassis are the same bank
gen has a separate battery
toad has jumper cables
I do have an auto transfer
when/if it craters I'll use cords and 50 amp receptacles.
And buy the wife a nice umbrella :)
You only go outside if you install them out there...
Busnuts have a sado-masochist bent when it comes to system design. Why would switching configurations be out there??? Follow the leader gets painful, if you chose the wrong leader?
Manual power plugs under the couch upstairs are far more pleasant, when the storm takes out the campground power pole...
Design the coach so you can stay INSIDE...

i keep my stamp collection under the couch :)
Do it outside. Hang a jacket and umbrella inside. Our 4104 had a selector switch on side panel above driver. Generator- nuetral- shore. I think it was Cole-Hersee.
Here's an automatic ATS 50 for switches from from shore to genny and back 3-4 second delay. Ours works great. ;D

I had to replace my old switch that is the same one that Dave just posted with the same but new . as I read the instructions they say to mount the switch vertical or it will burn out early and BUZZZZZZZ.. so I did , funny how the old one was mounted on its side ? and ya it BUZZED loud and that is why I had to change it . the old one was 17 years old and did work but it made a LOUD BUZZZZZZZZING noise
Dave
I made my own. Cheaper and versatile. I used two 100AMP (you can use 75A) contactors and a DPDT toggle switch (ON-OFF-ON) I also install DELAY-ON-BREAK relays to keep loads from trying to restart immediately upon a momentary power interruption. You can also install any other kink of power monitor if you want. You can put the contactors wherever needed and install the switch inside the bus. Don't make fun of my drawing. ;D ;D

I downloaded the trial & did the drawing but the software is not what I need so I didn't buy it. I guess it puts that notice on there after the trial runs out. I'll find software I like eventually and redraw it.

Mine is actually a Magetec ATS -50 ( which is no longer made but have newer generation ones now)which is similar to the one I put up in the link but not exactly the same. its has been used continuous for 8 years and before that by PO. No problems and no Buzzing. It is mounted on the wall in the electric bay sideways.
Thanks for all the ideas
