I ran across this interestling panel for the bus, and was wondering if anyone could help me locate the maker or other source.

Theese switches are to be turned on and finely adjusted each time a problematic question, or sexual need is at hand. [man or woman]

It's actually a proximity alarm system which reacts to specific hazards - particularly this one:
