Since the upgrade I don't see any post or button to go to chat anymore is it now unavailable for good or what??

There have been a few posts with the link to the C/R.
Since the upgrades have begun, the button is gone for a little while, but will be back soon.
Meanwhile, the C/R is always open:

You might want to bookmark it so it's available.
