Clifford you know I know nothing about these Trans but is there a way to manually disengage the retarder and then try it. Maybe that is failing the system and blowing the fuse? Ok tell me no thats no it now, LOL Just trying for ya.. ;D

Now I remember why we got rid of it ;D I no longer have to worry about things, if the bus won't start...

Sorry about the troubles. Have you called MCI tech support? They are usually really helpful.

After 3 days of chasing wires I know what the MCI letters really stands for

       "May Cause Insanity"

It could worse John if you and Steve had let the maintenance go unattended

Just jump the fuse and watch where the smoke comes out. That's where the problem is. Lol

Did you find the problem? Spent a day along the road in Oh with my L10 when the ECM died. I carry a spare, install or home on the hook. Made it to Utah and back, now home. Did a lot of looking and found no problems.

Unplug the shift pad, replace the fuse, turn on power and see if the fuse holds.
