Great point - I'm looking around E of Portland, OR. So either in Portland or E of there a good 100 miles or more, or possibly down by Bend, OR.

Just talked to them, and sadly all of their two stroke guys are now in Washington, seems to have happened everywhere along the Cascades in that area.
Brittian International Truck in Eugene Or had some good 2 strokes people and some real good Allison people,Hillsboro Diesel in the Portland area does 2 strokes have you checked with them
