Title: Peacemaker II
Post by: Astro on February 15, 2017, 03:40:15 PM
My wife and I were walking the historic district in downtown Savannah, GA today and we came around a corner and saw the Peacemaker II bus parked on the corner. What a treat. I got a pic of it but cant figure out how to dumb the mg's down low enough to post. With only two built, what are the odds a busnut stumbles on one 3000 miles from home. Wow. Totally cool treat today.

They had both of the Piecemaker buses here in Asheville a few years back along with a mid 40ties conventional White bus .There is quite a bit on the computer about these if you just type    piecemakerii in to your search engine. One is a two axle and one is a three.

The one I saw was Peacemaker II, the longer 3-axle built last. It sure did look good.

We returned from MYB today and passed Peacemaker II headed east at mm 14 on I-26.Wonder if they got tired of all the California crap and moved east .Sure seems to be a lot of sightings lately.
