Title: prices
Post by: lvmci on January 03, 2017, 12:23:58 PM
hi All,  I've noticed over the last several months, that it seems like conversion prices are climbing, looked for a couple of friends who are thinking about it, seems like coaches that were 7 to 12K, are pricing around 15 to 20K now. lvmci...

Yes, bus conversions are starting to climb as more Tiny House people realize they can have a house on wheels rather than one stuck in the same place all of the time for about the same amount of money.

Therefore, I now recommend everyone buy two buses to convert and then sell one of them to pay for the other one while prices are climbing.  :D

Asking prices are on the rise, the final price hasn't increased that much cash is still the KING and when fuel hits 3 to 4 bucks a gal the asking price will hit bottom again

Just like houses and the stock market; buy low-sell high. You just need money or credit on hand to take advantage. But conversions age and drop in value as the years go by.

I was happy with the price I got for mine (MCI ) last month . was it what I had invested in it HECK NO but I think it was fair and it was nice to see it go to someone that will hopefully keep the maintenance up . ya not a good place for investment ( bus ) put your money in housing

Some lady at an rv park said our coach looked like million dollar coach. So I figured I'll give someone a deal at $700,000 when I'm ready to sell.
