I recently re-found a Roadrunner that I thought had long since gone to the crusher. I would like to save it, but I might be sent to the crusher if I increase double my bus fleet.
I read somewhere that only 111 Roadrunners were made, which I would think would make this one rare. It is serial #9788 according to the data plate on the dash. Does anyone know what year it is, and any history?
Thanks!

If you save it, keep the bullet holes. Priceless!
There was 1 for sale around Tucson several years ago if it has a 6v53 that is probably it,the rare RoadRunner was the 1's with the sky view windows I heard only a dozen of those were built 37 ft long I recall
Is that at Crawford's?
This one is near Harrisburg, PA. I will be contacting the bus museum to see if they want it to restore
