Title: FitzJohn RoadRunner Re-Found
Post by: pabusnut on November 23, 2016, 07:28:28 PM
I recently re-found a Roadrunner that I thought had long since gone to the crusher.  I would like to save it, but I might be sent to the crusher if I increase double my bus fleet.

I read somewhere that only 111 Roadrunners were made, which I would think would make this one rare.  It is serial #9788 according to the data plate on the dash.  Does anyone know what year it is, and any history?

Thanks!

Steve T

If you save it, keep the bullet holes. Priceless!

This one is near Harrisburg, PA.  I will be contacting the bus museum to see if they want it to restore
