Title: MCI 8 interior lights
Post by: mci8 on January 18, 2007, 04:17:49 PM
Hey I was wondering if there is an inverter that powers the interior florescent lights? I never used them but they are 120 volt. Also the lights for the destination sign are 120 volt. Thanks Blake

Hello Blake.

Your coach is equipped with the "in station" lighting option.

Under the driver, on the outsdie skin will be a place to plug an extension cord in. This would power the flourescent lights and the 120V bulbs in the destination sign. There should be 24V bulbs in the sign too.

Allowed for the coach to be left turned off on the loading platform, but still well illuminated for boarding passengers, without running the battery down.

happy coaching!

Ok that answers my question. I took most of them out already. I plan to use mostly dc lighting anyway. Thanks
