Considering the front end slam into the wall and the "fling" effect afterward, i wonder about fatalities ... esp. the driver. That's very sad.
The guy in the little white car didn't see a thing did he ???
Wow, that driver might have been the blob that came out on the highway. I've changed lanes and fast because of an idiot slamming the binders on outside Rockport Tx.and didn't get that kind of reaction.
What I do not understand is how the driver in the dash cam car could just keep going without stopping to help the injured. What am I missing?
I don't know the whole story but perhaps the driver was the only person in there. Perhaps he stole it and lost control.
This probably did not happen in the US, a good candidate would be Russia, where an amazing number of people have dash-cams. Wild erratic crazy driving caused this, and the person who did it might be the only casualty.

There is a white box truck in the left lane that has Cyrillic lettering on it. Yeah, Russia.
FYI, there are a ton (literally a lot) of dash cam videos out of Russia that frequently depict the drivers of other vehicles not involved in the crashes just driving on. People don't stop over there to help. It's nuts. I've traveled a lot of places around the world including Cuba and my month in Russia was by far my least favorite. I'll never ever go back.

A lot of times when you see a wreck like that into a wall, the back of the vehicle lifts or reverses hard. That bus did neither which means the front crushed significantly, along with the wall taking a lot of the force. I don't see how anyone in (at least) the front could have survived. It also looks like a pretty long and tall bus for no tag axle.

Actually I'm not sure it is - the lettering on the white box truck says "RAX 3106 " and there's a truck in the opposite lane at 0.16 that has "Shuter" written on the side, both in Roman (Western) lettering
I agree that the bus seems large and tall to only have two axles, and also, when you see it side-on during the skid, the wheels seem small too - like you get on midibuses built on truck chassis (although it's obviously far larger than a midibus). The styling of the bus is rather amateurish too, leading to my own Western-prejudiced-based guess is that it's probably a Chinese-built bus, but I wouldn't want to guess at which country it's crashing in

I think all of us can tell that's not a bus in use here or in Canada but non bus people may just assume that's it's in North America. It does appear to be top heavy for just 2 axles but to drive like such a fool is the main reason for that crash.
