That's interesting. I know those old VW vans were popular but they were very short on power and not too much could be done in that department. Couldn't really drop a V8 and automatic in them.
So just put them on top of a dependable van platform.
Trying not to be judgmental... ... ... ... ... nope, can't do it. That's a stupid idea! That thing will be so top heavy he'll be lucky if he can keep it on the road.
Silly, impractical, dangerous, aesthetically unappealing, and a waste of money, in my opinion. Just because it can be done does not mean you should do it.
Mark, I wonder if it has a Porsche engine or the VW 90Hrp with the Bus reduction gearing. ::).. LOL What about his height? Looks like if he could get the thing moving that he may not make it under a lot of overpasses....

These type of ideas are what brought about vehicle codes,building codes, electrical codes,etc. Never be allowed on the road here.
I do not know, just kinda stupid. The man did put work into it. My hats off to him for that. How tall is that thing anyway?

pretty flat in Alberta... not many, if any overpasses there :)
Yeah-I could see that thing being allowed in a high end RV park.
