Naner Naner Naner, nothing nice about me. I got a last minute reservation for the weekend at Lake Casitas near Ojai Ca. Quiet, electric service, water and 96 degree temps during the day. Coolish at night at 55 degrees. We were slow getting out today (according to the park ranger) as someone wanted our space. It turned out to be a young couple from Az on their first trip in a new to them GM Greyhound 6v71 they just acquired on Craig's list. Since parky was standing by drumbing his fingers on his steering wheel, I didn't get to talk to the young bus owner for very long. I did manage to give him this web site and a glowing recommendation there of, so hopefully he will soon be heard from. Jack

Nice!! How's your bus go down the highway Jack?
Hey Opus, with the exception of the heavy suspension and short wheel base, I haven't a single complaint. She'll go over the Grape Vine at 65 mph and run cool all day when it is over 100 degrees. I've monkeyed with cars all my life and never have been able to predict how a project would drive until it was way too late. In this case, Honeysuckle Rose is very intuitive to drive--it's right where you wanted it. She gets 17 mpg unless she is towing her 3000# Toad and then the mileage plummets to 14 mpg though I can't feel any drag. We love traveling in HR and just wish we could spend more time on the road.
I know, I know. I sound like a typical used car salesman but, HR is not for sale! Jack
