Title: Not much left of that
Post by: Jeremy on May 24, 2016, 02:50:54 AM
Just from a news story here this morning - but I'm surprised just how comprehensively the fire destroyed it. Well above the melting point of aluminium I guess.

It calls it a coach, incidentally, but it's just a double-decker bus I think (albeit one obviously geared for use on the motorway)

Just call the maid with the broom and dustpan to take care of that little mess!

No idea I'm afraid, but I'll keep my eye-out for any follow-up reports that mention the bus or operator

It was a Green Bus.  They operate school buses and charters. Fleet is four or five different manufacturers and bodied by British companies.

It would have been a good bus to take to Burning Man (or to Up Helly Aa in Shetland).

A few "Northern Counties" bodies on that list.   RIP. :'(
