Hey. I just replaced rubber hinge with s/s hinges from ed. And still the bay door sits 3/8 inch lower then the rest of the doors. Is there a way to get it to sit higher?? I thought it was just a strached rubber hinge. But to no luck. It stayed in the same postion!!
See if the plywood floor (ceiling)is sagging little.
If that was the case. Wouldn't the bay door sit higher. Trying to post a pic

Spring tension different on that door?
Looking at the diagonal stripe...I am guessing it's been that way for quite awhile...unless you recently painted ?
No its been painted for a while. No spring tension on that door. I removed torsion bars. Same as it was befor i removed??

Well here's my last guess... the original door was damaged and that is a donor... they are "custom" fit and riveted ....
I checked it out the skin of the door it's held on by about 20 9/16 bolts

Right where the hinge is attached to skin
Not sure if this will help or not but here is the patent for the doors.
