Title: Arizona title and reg
Post by: thomasinnv on April 07, 2016, 07:45:12 AM
I am going to look at a few DL3's next week and it got me thinking. When I converted my MC8 all I had to do was fill out a rv equipment inspection form to register as an RV in Montana. For those that have done this in AZ, what was the procedure? I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I bring something home. Will I have to take the vehicle for inspection?

If it is a seated bus you need to start the conversion and yes it will need a inspection but there is nothing to it you can go to the DMV.
I don't about La Paz County but here you can pay the inspector 50 bucks and he will come to you.

You need to have a bed, cooking area, water supply and toilet, there is nothing too it and probably will cost you 55 bucks for 2 years on D model for RV plates that is what I pay.

Be sure you have AZ insurance they don't ask for it at the inspection or registration time, but later they will cancel your registration if you don't have a AZ policy they just started that crap
