Hello Everyone,
I debated for sometime to do this and I hope I made the right decision as I am deeply concerned about one of our forefathers of our Busing hobby who is in deep grief and I believe would love more than anything to hear from his friends he has made over the years.
I am talking about Fred Hobe who lives in Madison, Fl whose wife Caroline passed away in November. The first I heard of this was today when I called to check on him at times like I do. I feel terrible for Fred as he is one of the nicest men I have ever met and can tell by his voice today he is having a terrible time accepting his loss.
I hope those that did not know anything of Caroline's passing and are good friends of Fred's will pick up their phone and call him and help pick up his spirits as much as a call from a friend can do. I don't normally post anyone's private telephone number but I feel this is quite important and needed and hope Fred will forgive me for intervening here but that is who I am and wish to make him know that he is respected and needed by us all and we all feel his loss and pain. Please forgive my intervention Fred, but here goes. Call Fred at:
(850.673.8446). I am sure you will help with his pain and loss with your few minutes call.
Gary
Good for You Gary, You are a true friend and I respect that!
Wes
Thank you Wes, I only hope friends and those even not knowing of Fred will take a moment to call him and lift him. It is just a few moments of your time but will make a huge emotional uplift for Fred and to me for making his days a little brighter. Thanks to all ahead of time but please do this and think of how you would feel losing your mate of over 50 years and being all alone on a rainy day with no one to talk to.
