His response to my inquiry today:

Hi John:  The company that was making them went out of business.  I am working on having them made and will make some noise when successful.

I bought the windshields for my 4108 at Curved Glass and the windshield gaskets from Jefferson Truck in OKC two years ago.

John,

I got mine a couple of years ago from Luke, but haven't installed them yet!

Almost hated to comment--but for once my impulsiveness paid off!  ;D
