Anyone have a photo of quilted stainless on a bus? Really curious on this.

Interesting, I don't recall anyone doing quilted stainless on a coach...
Back doors of semi-trailers...
Anyone?
happy coaching!

I'm considering it just for the luggage bays, lower engine doors back and sides, as well as partially on the front lower entrance door and drivers side panel lower door. Maybe a small bit on the front of the coach also lower area. Basically similar to where the stainless is on a stock mci. I used it as a backsplash in the kitchen, accent wall in the (stainless) shower, and on the inside of my entry door. I have always loved it, but know that, like so many decorative things, a little goes a long way. It's also incredibly expensive.
Actually I Googled it because I wasn't familiar with the term, and was surprised by how reasonably priced it seemed - top hit in Google was offering it at £115 for a 2.5m x 1.25m sheet, which isn't exorbitant for something you're using a limited amount of, and for decorative purposes. Having said that, I think it would look very odd on a bus unless maybe you were visiting shows and selling food or something

Jeremy, you just put a thought in my head that pretty much convinced me not to do it haha. Food truck. Yikes

Just think of all the new friends you'd make and as long as you sell only prepackaged food, you wouldn't need a health certificate :D Jack
Yeah do ya really want the nickname "Roach Coach"? (common slang term for food truck!)
;D BK ;D
That's what we called them around the motor pool, but sure was a treat then with a 20 year old stomach. Just chillin now with popcorn and straight coffee, now easier than burritos' n pizza ala cheese dip with hot sauce.
I think your on to something!, just tweak the menu ;D
good day

I have seen this quilted stainless on truck doors and food trucks and I would think it could be a little too much on the lower half of a bus. I tried to picture it on the lower half of my Prevost and decided it was too much. Just my thought. A couple times I have followed a truck at night with this on the back doors and with my headlights shinning on it, it became annoying.
Ok. Consider me convinced. But, you have to admit, some of you thought about it.

Front door and front room. Can be scored on the back to make right angle corners. Inside corner trim and window trim can be purchased at the same time. Heat careful application of heat gun for window corners.
It doesn't shine unless it's polished, just like the bus itself.
Nice Gordie! I think it looks nice.
