Can somebody tell me what year this engine is from?

I hate to keep asking but can't find a good decoder page.

Not much info on decoding a old 2 stroke without the books since they were just continuous serial numbers.I don't know if you can find the publication on the web or not,I did see a set for sale on Ebay a couples of years ago for 600 bucks.
They are neat it tells you everything about the engine when it left Redford MI with just the serial number
