Some of you may have experienced difficulty accessing the forum Friday night. It is now back up and running solid again. The facility where the server is located did scheduled maintenance. What should have been a 10 minute outage, stretched to half an hour due to the blunt forced shut down of the server (facility power turned off during service) causing the database powering the forum to crash. But now all features should function as it was before this event. If you notice anything unusual, please post it as a reply to this thread. If possible, copy any error messages and include them.
The magazine link on the main page (online edition) does not work.

Doesn't work for me either :-\
Login works now but the sidebar ads don't show up on the magazine index page. ( http://www.busconversions.com/online_paid_content/online_mag.html (http://www.busconversions.com/online_paid_content/online_mag.html) )
I was given a free year online subscription last year at Arcadia. I called and spoke to the team. Still haven't received it. Never was given login details. Never heard back. Really wish I could get my online subscription.

Scott, have you spoke to Gary about the matter ? like they say "if you want credit at a store ask the owner not the clerk"
I was editor for 5 months this summer, and I still can't get an online magazine :)
I think it's rather comical
I am very sorry for the server outage and the problems that occurred because of it. As far as I know, everything is now up and running except for the new Subscription Manager.
As for those of you having problems accessing the Online issue, the upgrade to the new Subscription Manager has taken us much longer than anticipated because it was not upgraded in the past when it should have been when new versions were available. We are anticipating this will be completed by the middle of next month. This all takes time and money but once it is completed, it will have many great benefits as you may have already read in the Webmasters Notes in the October issue of BCM. If you still have problems accessing your Online subscription, please email our Webmaster, Mike Sullivan at Webmaster@BusConversions.com and he will ensure you are taken care of.
If you have an Online or Print subscription and have never been able to access the magazine, then that may be a different problem. Please email or call me and I will take care of your problem right away. Email me at Gary@BusConversions.com or call me at 657-221-0432. Operators are standing by. I will review our records and will ensure you have access to all issues that you are entitled to.
Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by the much overdue website upgrade.
