Title: Weight Question
Post by: PRZNBUS on October 16, 2015, 11:47:16 AM
I'm trying to figure out what the roof might weigh on the 1986 MC9. It can't be more the 2000lbs could it?

Cool, I have access to two hydraulic transmission jacks. A little creative welding for support and they should handle the weight.

You are better off to use 6 scaffolding jacks they are cheap around 15 bucks ea new and easy to level with, you need 2 jacks on each end and the middle fwiw I can't see 2 jacks working for you
