A little bit of paint and paper to decorate it and you're set. In fact, if you used oil based paint and a stack of paper, you could start a big enough fire for burn it completely down.

That would be a waste of perfectly good paint and paper.
If any bus begs the question "Why", surely this is it?

That's a Prevost? Doesn't look like one to me. But I know nothing about them. That resembles an old mci. Is it a Prevost Prestige model by any chance?

Actually, just before they shut down and auctioned off, Country Coach built a model they called the Veranda. The slide out went out as a Veranda with a cover. Kinda cool.
Scott, that is a Prevost Champion
Apparently cutting the longitudinal support truss in half was not a big concern of the guy who did this. And with the open bay I saw no indication there was any attempt to restore the lost strenght.
Would that manual be a 6 speed? That could be a good deal for someone with access to another Prevost for parts, if driveline is good. Decent cleaning will help a lot. I'd rlike to see some interior shots, esp of the side by side.
Thanks Cliff. Crazy looking bus
