Title: Annual California RV Show Adult Attendees Will Be Told to Get Out of Town
Post by: Gary Hatt - Publisher BCM on September 27, 2015, 07:28:44 AM
When RV enthusiasts of ages 18 and older arrive to see more than 1,300 new RVs and much more at the largest RV Show in the West, Oct. 9-18, at the Fairplex in Pomona, they'll be told to get out of town. Well to Needles, California, that is.

Each and every adult attending the show will be given one free night of camping - a minimum $20 value - at the Pirate Cove Resort and Marina in Needles, California, located along the Colorado River. This secluded California oasis is in Moabi Regional Park, just 11 miles southeast of Needles. Camping vouchers will be available at Booth E2 & E3 in the exhibitor's tent.

Nestled among the palm trees and surrounded by pristine white sandy beaches, this first-class family destination offers guests luxurious accommodations, a 250-slip marina facility with 24 hour gas dock and a seven-lane launch ramp, all situated along Historic Route 66. The facility's Riverfront Pirate Cove RV Resort is a Caribbean style oasis with white sandy beaches and luxurious accommodations including 2 ½ miles of premium waterfront RV campsites with full hook-ups, restroom and shower facilities, restaurant, beach bar, general store and gift shop.

For all rates, restrictions and reservations, call 1-760-326-9000 or toll free at 1-866-301-3000.

The show runs from Oct. 9 through 18, 2015 at the Fairplex in Pomona, Gate 9. Show hours are 10AM until 6PM daily. Adult admission is $10; kids 17 and under are free. Active military personnel are free with ID. Parking is $10. Purchase tickets online at http://www.thebestrvshow.com (http://www.thebestrvshow.com). For more information, call (818) 248-6600.

The show is produced by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), the national trade association representing recreation vehicle (RV) manufacturers and their component parts suppliers who together build more than 98 percent of all RVs produced in the United States.

Bus Conversion Magazine is still accepting volunteers to help out at the show.  All volunteers will either be offered extended subscriptions and free back issues as indicated in this previous post...

...or will be reimbursed for parking and the show entry fees.  We hope to see you there.

Lot better places to park on the river besides Pirates Cove, that place charges 55 bucks a night to park on the river with no hook ups without a tree in sight.Nice park on the river in Needles at the AZ/CA if the Cove and the state of CA reduced their prices people would use it
