Title: Loss of battery power...
Post by: Luke Wilson on September 14, 2015, 06:11:39 PM
Pulled into a truck stop tonight and as I was backing up I hit the brakes, heard as faint pop sound and then lost power. I realized it because I had hit my brakes a bit and the buzzer had just started going ofd, and then it just stopped while still below pressure.

I shut the bus down and then checked and sure enough, no bay lights or anything. It's dark now obviously so I can't do much, but any ideas for the morning?

We made it a grand total of about 6 miles today. 😠

Check the circuit breakers in the A/C J box, top left front bay. One feeds the front buss bar. There are separate circuit breakers of fuses that feed the various lights, so it's probably a main if you have multiple systems out.

Better find out what's shorted, though. Simply resetting could be futile, and could cause something to overheat.
