I recently purchased an air deflector for my 8v92TA. Apparently they are somewhat rare and the eBay seller I bought from has two or three left. If you are wanting to install an intercooler in your 8v92 and want to remove the coolant-aftercooler, I believe you need this part. Anyways, let me know if you're interested.
